Biography:

Erik began his yoga journey in 2010 after a family tragedy. What started as a home practice, a friend lead him to a yoga studio where he took his first group class and was hooked. In 2015, he completed his first Yoga Teacher Training and was still in search for more knowledge on yoga, specifically dealing with pranyama, bandha, and kriya. This soon lead him to another yoga studio in Chicago. After practicing with the owners, he expanded his knowledge in tantric style yoga. Since then, Erik has completed multiple Yoga Teacher Trainings that focused on the sicence of sequencing classes, and vinyassa from a tantic perspective. Erik’s focus for class is to help his students develop a connection to moving with their breath.
